We aim to deliver your complete order in one go. A full uniform for a child starting school can require a bulky box to pack it all. For your security, when a box is being despatched, we use a next day courier service to deliver to your home or work address. Our preferred partner for this service is UPS. During the busy back to school period we try to achieve next day despatch though this is subject to stock availability. Stock levels fluctuate significantly between the last week of August and the first week of September - to be safe plan ahead.
Our standard CARRIER service for orders under £80 is handled by Royal Mail this is a second class packet post service which takes between 3 and 4 days. There is no requirement to sign for delivery, there is no tracking facility for these consignments. Deliveries are made to the nominated delivery address under standard Royal Mail terms. Please advise when placing your order if you would like your parcel delivered to an address other than your home address, for example, your work address.
In the London area we operate our own out of hour's delivery by courier between 6.00pm and 10.00pm during August and September. If we are making an out of hours courier delivery you will be contacted by our despatch team during the afternoon to confirm someone will be able to sign for delivery. This service is FREE on orders over £80 placed BEFORE JULY 31st for the start of the September school term.
If your order is less than £80 and you would like a speedier delivery service, this is available on request though is subject to stock availability and may not be possible between August 15th and September 15th. Prices are subject to standard post office tariffs and the weight of your parcel. We will acknowledge your order but will not wait for your acceptance of the postage charge. Please note if you have asked for this service we will automatically charge you accordingly.

International Orders All overseas orders are delivered by UPS. Delivery charges are according to the weight and or volume of the package. We can provide a quote for delivery in advance of despatch. We can send a consignment number by email and you can track your delivery via UPS
