No Quibble Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason), please return it to us with the original packaging in the condition it was received, within 14 days, and we will exchange it or refund your money - no quibbles.

FREE returns

To return any goods simply follow the instructions on the reverse of your receipt and use the Free Returns label. If you no longer have your receipt, simply write us a letter with your full name, address and telephone numbers so that we can trace your original order. Don’t forget to include the details of what you are returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Note: Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office. In the unusual event of a package being lost in the post it will help us to try and trace it and deal with your requirements.

Washing

All of our clothes come with detailed washing instructions on the label inside the garment. We recommend that you check the instructions prior to the first wash. This will help to maintain the colour, shape and size of the clothes.

We cannot recommend that the clothes are tumble dried, while the majority may survive this method of drying, it can cause excessive shrinkage and the colours to fade.

We recommend that some specialist garments like Blazers and Duffle coats with high wool content are dry cleaned. If ever you are in doubt about washing instructions please call customer service.

Instructions for returning items for a Refund

To send your items back for a refund you are required to fill in the back of your receipt which would have been enclosed in your parcel. Use the diagram and and steps below.

Step 1. List all the items you want to return entering each different product code and size on a different line.
(You will find the product code, size and colour on the front of your receipt under the column labelled "Product code", "Colour" and "Size")
Step 2. Enter the Quantity of each item you are returning.
Step 3. Enter the value of the items you are returning. (Price of item x Quantity)
Step 4. Tick the box to the left of the word "Refund" for each item you have listed.
Step 5. Enter a return code for each item you are returning that explains why you are returning the item. The codes can be found under the section "Return Codes" (This is the box labelled Returns Codes under steps 1-5 in the diagram)

* Note: If you select the Return Code 11, 12 or 13 please fill in the Explanation/Comments box to outline the following.

A description of the Issue/Fault with the Garment
The location of the Issue/Fault on the garment
Any other comments you may have

Step 6. If you wish your parcel to be sent to a different delivery address then please fill in your new address here.
*Note this will be used for this return only. If you want this to be your permanent delivery address please contact our customer services team.
Step 7. Package up your items and attach the label to the front of your parcel which can be found on the front of the receipt making sure there are no other address labels showing.

Take the parcel to a post office and don't forget to ask for a free proof of posting. Keep the proof of posting until you have received a letter confirming your refund. If you don't hear anything within 14 days from the date you posted please contact our customer services team.

Instructions for returning items for an Exchange

Fill in the information for items you are sending back to Perry Uniform.

Step 1. List all the items you want to return entering each different product code and size on a different line.

Step 2. Enter the Quantity of each item you are returning.
Step 3. Enter the value of the items you are returning. (Price of item x Quantity)

Step 5. Enter a return code for each item you are returning that explains why you are returning the item. The codes can be found under the section "Return Codes" (This is the box labelled Returns Codes under steps 1-5 in the diagram)

Step 10. Add up the total value of items you are sending back in Step 3. Add up the total value of items you require in step 8 and take away one from the other.

If the value of items you require is less than the value of items you are sending back we will give you a refund.

If the value of the items you require are more expensive than the items you are sending back then we will need to take payment for this difference. Please fill your card details on the form and make sure you sign to authorise the charge.

Step 11. Package up your items and attach the label to the front of your parcel which can be found on the front of the receipt making sure there are no other address labels showing.

Take the parcel to a post office and don't forget to ask for a free proof of posting. Keep the proof of posting until you have received your new order or a confirmation letter. If you don't hear anything within 14 days from the date you posted please contact our customer services team.
