Delivery

Delivery charges are according to the destination, weight and or volume of the package. We will add the cost of overseas delivery to your order. If you require a quote for delivery in advance of dispatch - please request this at the time you place your order. We aim to deliver your complete order in one delivery, so the arrival of your order will be subject to stock availability.

Royal mail aim to deliver the next working day, in our experience this may take up to 2 working days to arrive.
These do not need to be signed for, however if you have no safe place, they will try a neighbour, or leave a card for where the parcel is to be collected from.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and named orders will take 7-10 days to arrive.
Should an item not be available for immediate delivery, subsequent deliveries will be sent at no additional cost.

This service costs £6.

Express delivery, for orders without the naming service and placed BEFORE 12 noon Monday to Friday for delivery by 5pm the NEXT WORKING DAY.

Express delivery, for orders without the naming service and placed AFTER 11 on Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and BEFORE 12 noon on Monday will be delivered on TUESDAY
Except for Bank Holidays when orders will be delivered the following WEDNESDAY

The Express delivery service; requires a signature, or a safe place on delivery and costs £12.00

Premium delivery service for orders without the naming service and placed BEFORE 12 noon Monday to Friday for delivery by 12 noon the NEXT WORKING DAY.

Premium delivery, for orders without the naming service and placed AFTER 11 on Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and BEFORE 12 noon on Monday will be delivered by 12 noon on TUESDAY
Except for Bank Holidays when orders will be delivered by 12 noon the following WEDNESDAY

The Premium delivery service requires a signature or a safe place on delivery and costs £15.00
Should an item not be available for immediate delivery, subsequent deliveries will be sent at no additional cost.

Weekend delivery, for orders without the naming service and placed BEFORE 11 on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

Weekend delivery service requires a signature or a safe place on delivery and costs £25.00

During the busy back to school period we aim to dispatch first class and Express orders, placed before 12 noon, on the same day.
For orders placed after 12 noon delivery should be expected up to 48 hours later.

Stock levels can fluctuate significantly between the last week of August and the first week of September - to be safe plan ahead.
