We strive to supply good quality garments that represent value for money. We know that we are not always perfect and really value all feedback good and bad. If you wish to discuss any aspect of our service please call our customer service team from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Pricing is accurate as of 2023, VAT at 20% where currently applicable is included in the list price. We try to describe and illustrate the colours and styles accurately. Please be aware that the print process is an art, not a science and this means that slight variations may occur.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to despatch. On order items are not charged until they are despatched. You may make the payment online or contact our customer service.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from overseas, please contact our customer service.

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Shipping And Handling

Our standard UK delivery service is FREE and takes 2-5 working days subject to stock availability. A signature may be required on delivery subject to the size of the delivery. Back Orders

When you order by telephone you will be advised of stock availability. If any items are temporarily out of stock you will be advised of an expected delivery date. We make every effort to carry enough stock to meet all orders, however, some styles will sell out faster than others. In the unlikely event of this happening our customer service team will always try to suggest some suitable alternatives.

Tax Charges

At the time of publication childrens clothing that falls within size guidelines provided by HMRC is zero rated for VAT. If this exemption is lifted and VAT is applied to children's clothing, we reserve the right to increase our prices. Customers will be advised of any changes before we take your order and this will be confirmed by post.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us with the original packaging in the condition it was received, within 14 days, and we will exchange it or refund your money - no quibbles.

Returns Policy

Perry Uniform total liability claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to you the customer whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way unless due to the foreseeable negligence of the company or its employees. We cannot accept any liability for failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or the garment care instructions.

Postage free returns

To return any goods simply use the Free Returns label. Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange on your receipt or simply write a letter with your full name, address and telephone number so that we can trace your original order. If an exchange is requested provide your required size.

Note: Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage from your local post office. In the unusual event of a package being lost in the post it will help us to try and trace it and deal with your requirements.
